Profiles Asia Pacific, Inc. (PAPI) is the Philippine affiliate of Profiles International (PI) .

Launched in 1998, PAPI is registered with the SEC with 20% foreign ownership.
As exclusive distributor of PI products, Profiles Asia Pacific markets directly to and provides training and support to both client companies and also to its established re-seller network. . PAPI’s main office is located in the Ortigas Center area of Metro Manila.
Where appropriate, assessments are translated and re-validated in Tagalog.
Skills Testing. In 2001, PAPI took on a second affiliation, that of computer-based “skills” oriented testing, which nicely complements the psychometric assessments of PI.
Literally hundreds of performances based and knowledge tests are available to our clients using either computer (PC) or Internet delivery systems.

Officers (Summary):
Mr. Malcolm Pick is the Chairman of Profiles Asia Pacific, Inc. Malcolm obtained his BS (Mathematical Physics) from the University of Birmingham and his MS (Operational Research & Business Management) from Imperial College, University of London. His broad business background includes over thirty year’s international business experience covering Europe, Asia and the USA. He has worked for such companies as Coopers and Lybrand, Levi Straus, Reed International, and The SGV Group in Asia as partner in charge of computer consulting and computer training (I/ACT).
Ms. Jocelyn Reyes is the Managing Director of Profiles Asia Pacific. Jocelyn obtained her BS and MS (Statistics) from the University of the Philippines, and her MBA (International Business) and MSBA (Finance) from the University of Southern California (USC). After several years in government (PMS/NCC and PPA, OPM) she moved to California and held positions with KPMG, Los Angeles and The Holden Group. She is a consultant with the USC International Public Policy & Management (IPPAM) Masters Degree Program and under Secretary De Jesus, was consultant to the Department of Education (Philippines). As entrepreneur, she established a chain of retail stores in Southern California.
Dr. Scott Hamilton is the Head of Profiles’ Research & Development team and oversees all aspects of assessment development. His graduate education is in Clinical Psychology and Counseling and represents Profiles International, Inc. as an active member of the Association of Test Publishers. Before joining Profiles, he enjoyed a successful 20-year career as a consultant to business in human resources, personnel evaluation and selection, strategic planning, information systems, cost accounting, and management development.
Mr. Chuck Wilson is the Senior Vice President for International Marketing. Chuck obtained his BA and MBA from Harvard University. He has over twenty years experience in corporate financial and executive management in both public and private companies. For thirteen years, he was a financial executive at Ryder System, Inc., a $5 billion diversified transportation services company. For seven of those years, he was Ryder’s vice president and treasurer. He was later a senior vice president and chief financial officer of a NYSE-traded environmental services company in Southern California.
